- 8 slices Texas Toast
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup milk
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 4-8 strawberries sliced

Heat a square griddle or regular skillet over medium heat.
Slice the strawberries.
Add eggs, milk, and cinnamon to a bowl, and whisk until completely combined.
Dip each side of the Texas toast into the egg mixture, and add to the griddle or skillet.
