Ingredients

  • 8 slices Texas Toast
  • 4 eggs
  • cup milk
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 4-8 strawberries sliced
  • syrup

Instructions

  • Heat a square griddle or regular skillet over medium heat.
  • Slice the strawberries.
  • Add eggs, milk, and cinnamon to a bowl, and whisk until completely combined.
  • Dip each side of the Texas toast into the egg mixture, and add to the griddle or skillet.
  • Cook for 3-5 minutes, until lightly browned, then flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 2 pieces of French toast to each plate, and top with butter (if desired), strawberries, and syrup.
