Cheesy Bacon and Bean Dip

- 16 oz can refried beans
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup bacon pieces
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese divided
- Sliced jalapenos, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro optional toppings
Preheat the oven to 350 ℉.
In a large bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, bacon pieces, taco seasoning, and half the Mexican blend cheese. Stir well to combine.
Spread mixture into a medium baking dish, 8x8 inches or smaller. Top with the remaining ½ shredded cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the broiler to high for an additional 1-2 minutes to get the cheese nice and bubbly.
Remove the pan from the oven, and top with sliced jalapenos, sliced green onion, and chopped cilantro.
