Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Whip cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Let the puff pastry thaw and unfold onto a cutting board.
  • Spread melted butter on one piece of the puff pastry, leaving a half inch on top and bottom.
  • In a small bowl mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on the melted butter.
  • Lay the second piece of puff pastry on top of the cinnamon sugared puff pastry.
  • Crimp the top and bottom of the pastries together with a fork
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut 15 strips of puff pastry.
  • To assemble the bunnies, first place a strip of pastry in a U shape.
  • Fold one side over the other and repeat one to two more times.
  • Press each twist firmly down on the prepared baking sheet so that each strip twisted and resembles a bunny shape
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Once completely cooled, spray a small amount of whip in the u shape at the bottom of the twist to resemble a bunny tail.
