  • 3 cups english cucumber chopped
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tsp gochujang

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix cucumber, green onions, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and gochujang until well incorporated.
