Marshmallow Popcorn Balls with Cotton Candy

These delicious marshmallow popcorn balls stuffed with cotton candy, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles are so much fun to make and really are the perfect way to celebrate Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

  • 1 20 ounce package mini marshmallows
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 10 cups popped popcorn
  • 5 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 10 ounces cotton candy
  • Red food coloring
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Pour the popcorn in a large bowl and set aside
  • Melt the butter and the marshmallows together in the microwave
  • Whisk in the red food coloring
  • Add in the popcorn and gently fold
  • Next mix in white chocolate chips and cotton candy
  • Use a spoon, ice cream scoop, or your hands to make the individual balls and set them on parchment paper
  • Top with the sprinkles and let them rest for 30 minutes
