Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ounces of pepperoni

Instructions

  • Add the cream cheese, pizza sauce, and italian seasoning to a bowl, and mix until combined.
8 ounces cream cheese, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, 2 tbsp italian seasoning
  • Add ¼ of the mixture to each tortilla, and spread it over the entire surface of the tortilla.
    4 large flour tortillas
  • Sprinkle 2 oz of the cheese over the tortilla.
    8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Arrange pepperoni in a single layer over the cheese.
    4 ounces of pepperoni
  • Roll the tortilla up.
  • Wrap in saran wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Remove from the refrigerator, and remove the saran wrap. Cut into 1 inch sections.
  • Arrange flat on a platter to serve.

Notes

  • Add an additional ¼ cup of sauce if you want more pizza flavor. I wouldn’t recommend adding more than ½ cup total, though, as it would be runny.
  • The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don't serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can toss them.
