Pepperoni Pizza Pinwheels
Delicious pepperoni pizza pinwheels--enjoy them as a snack, for lunch, or make them for a party appetizer.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 ounces of pepperoni
Add the cream cheese, pizza sauce, and italian seasoning to a bowl, and mix until combined.

Add ¼ of the mixture to each tortilla, and spread it over the entire surface of the tortilla.
4 large flour tortillas
Sprinkle 2 oz of the cheese over the tortilla.
8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese
Arrange pepperoni in a single layer over the cheese.
4 ounces of pepperoni
Roll the tortilla up.
Wrap in saran wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator, and remove the saran wrap. Cut into 1 inch sections.
Arrange flat on a platter to serve.
- Add an additional ¼ cup of sauce if you want more pizza flavor. I wouldn’t recommend adding more than ½ cup total, though, as it would be runny.
- The end pieces aren’t full, so I usually don't serve those. You can snack on those while making these pinwheels! Or, you can toss them.
