Heat the hot glue gun, and add a small amount of glue to the bottom of the cone.

Lay the twine over the glue, and start wrapping around the cone, upwards.

Continue adding glue and twine, until you reach the top of the cone. Cut the twine.

Starting at the top of the cone, add the pearl stickers, going down the cone diagonally.
