Oh my word, YES. I absolutely LOVE meal prepping, because it takes all of the daily guess-work OUT of a healthy lifestyle. Now, don’t get me wrong, I don’t always love DOING the meal prep, but I’m sure happy when it’s done. It’s a total game-changer to be able to open up the fridge and KNOW there are delicious options ready and waiting for lunch/dinner/WHATEVER: options that I already know the ingredients and macros of. Like, yes please!

I have to agree the act of doing the meal prep is not the best part, but having the food ready to eat is! And that makes for a less stressful week.
